FDChart output showing displacements

This is a sample of FDChart output with displacements shown instead of starting positions.  Some programmers are more interested in seeing displacements, so we offer this format as an option.   Of course, it still shows number of bytes, number of positions to the right and left of the decimal point, group/elementary fields and OCCURs/redefined fields.
